RESERVATIONS, POLICIES & CANCELLATIONS

  • All Rates are subject to change without prior notice due to currency fluctuation and season.
  • We request a non- refundable 50% deposit to hold your reservation. Your reservation MUST be guaranteed with your 50 % deposit, the other 50% will need to be paid at least 30 days prior your arrival.
  • If you cancel 30 days before your arrival we can offer a credit for another date (restrictions will apply).
  • If you cancel between 15 and 30 days before your arrival , and you already paid the total of your Reservation , we can offer a 50% credit for another date ( restrictions will apply).
  • If you cancel between your arriving date and 15 days before , there are No Refund Deposit.
  • No refunds on early departure.
  • We do PAY PAL.
  • If you have any questions regarding our policies , please inquire BEFORE making your reservation.
  • For More information related to Ground Transportation and Car rental to and from CanCun or Chetumal Airport don not hesitate to ask us .
